At Fit Nation Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, email us at contact@fitnationpro.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without original packaging or tags
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
